Hlo mam Meri normal delivery huyi h or mera baby 14 month ka ho gya h or breastfeed leta h Mera weight delivery k baad increase nhi ho rha . Dekhne me mai weaknlgti hu diet pr bhi pura dhyan hai. Calcium iron supplement bhi regular le rhi hu.
