hlo mam. mera beta 2 nd half year ka usko constipation ki bhot jada problem hai birth se he hai bhot medicine le but jab tk medicine deti hu tb tk thik rahta hai jb medicine chod do fr se problem start ho jati hai bhot preshan rahta hai 2 days k baad potty krta hai o bhi bhot mushkil se..plz kush advice de use kya khilaye ya medicine de jise lene k baad vo thik ho jaye?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. ji Haan so. Constipation also known as hard stools is common in baby age group. To correct Give plenty of water or any other liquids like chaas , dahi , lemonade to baby and also include high fibre diets like suji , dalia, oats with fibres etc green leafy vegetables and all the seasonal fruits in the baby diet.

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
