ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you latch baby frequently and try tio eat more of pulses. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
