hlo I have a 8 month 26 day old baby boy I want to ask a question that my baby have a red color rashes on a whole body from morning what was that plzz tell me I'm worried about that

It is on the entire body then there could be a possibility of heat rush possibility of chickenpox kind of a thing or maybe it’s a hand foot and mouth disease which is very commonly happening so it would be important for you to get it examined with your doctor it is on the entire body
