Q.
hlo how many hen egg can i give to my son? after poopoo he is crying, that he feel pain at anus... should i change to duck egg??

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, Is it after he consumed the egg ? Or is it he has normally passed hard stools as such? Initially if its after the egg, then avoid it , give him soft foods, add ghee , butter to his diet , fluids are very much important

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi well ,as child is constipated , please avoid giving new food items for now. give simple ,easy to digest food items like khichdi ,upma ,soup etc more once this problem resolve , you may start giving one egg per day.
