hlo Dr. my daughter is 2 years and 4 month she is not speaking she only says mamma and papa she is not very active as compared to children of her age i can't understand what is the problem with her plzz suggest me something what can I do

A. What is your child understand each and every thing that you are saying because Alli Sunny plays a very important role is understanding is proper birthday speech is not good enough as of now then you can just consult a speech therapist once regarding this issue
