hlo dr. mera weight 78 kg. h ....m morning me 30-45min. exercise krti hu... brkfast me oats,poha leti hu.. mid-morning snacks me fruit /juice leti hu..lunch me sbzi roti , evening me milk or dinner me dal n 1chpati.....last 1 mnth me mera 2kg. w8gain hua h....plz muje shi diet rules bataeye.....or muje kuj dino se gas ki b problem h...kuj b khate hi gas pas hone lgti h ....or tummy ful sa jata h

A. thank you for reaching out to answer this question please no less physical activities at least something that can help increase your heart be is something that will help you even walking just for about 45 minutes a day is great but you need to focus on your diet make sure that everything you eat is not fried and not junk and should not eat anything after 7 p.m.
