but try to give soft diet only.
give in small quantities whenever you are giving something for first time otherwise there are no food restrictions

Hi A 10 year old child can eat everything that you want to give to the child there is no restriction on any kind of vegetable fruit green anything and everything that you are making and eating you can give everything to the child it is not going to create any trouble till the time your child is not suffering with an issue
