hlo dr..can we add salt to purees...like mashed potatoes

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom yes you can add salt to it not an issue you can also add lemon juice as well , salt would also recommend that instead of using refined salt to can opt for seendha salt or you can use rock salt as well
