hlo doctor my daughter is not gaining weight she is 6 months 15 days old her birth weight is 2 .5 kg now she is 5 kg what can I do for her weight gaining plz reply

Hello mom a full term baby is almost expected to double up their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months now along with your feed you can introduce the baby to weaning foods and initially start with liquid consistency and then gradually move to semi solids
