hlo doctor.. mera beta 5 saal ka hai... uska weight 14 kg hai or wo bhut week hai..usko kya khilaye ki uska weight jyada ho jaye or wo healthy ho jaye

Hello mom healthy ka matlab hai ki woh apni age k liyeah active hai aur theek se khana kha raha hai. aap usse stuff paranthas, fresh fruit milk shakes, aur fruits jaise- avocado, banana, mango , custard apple, chikku etc de, dry fruits and nuts , different types of dals, chana, rajma, eggs panner, milk , ghee
