Q.

hlo doctor 1)after pregnancy breastfeeding was not sufficient for my baby so we have started giving her formula milk gradually she has stopped taken breastfeeding..what remedies should be taken to regenerate her interest ? 2) my weight also put on around 70 kg what steps should be follow to reduce it.

A. 1) try to latch your baby to breast more often to stimulate lactation. have healthy diet n plenty of fluids. 2) Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods do walking daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling,

A. Relactation requires frequent stimulation to the breast, ideally from nursing (your baby's suckle is more effective at getting your hormones to produce milk than a breast pump). Try to breastfeed eight to 12 times a day, with at least two night feedings, for 15 to 20 minutes per session.
