hlo doc..my 3year boy is so lean..his weight is 10.9 kg..giving good foods,but no improvement..after having his lunch he use to go motion.. how can I increase my baby weight

A. Weight gain depends on several factors like nutrients intake, physical activity, genetics etc. Giving food from variety groups such as fruits, vegetables, pulses, milk, nuts, seeds etc. takes care of daily physical nutritional requirements of kids. Make sure to provide suitable portion size of food in every meal, fitjunior nutrition plan can be considered for this reference. Physical activity affects metabolism and growth so paying attention to that will help too.
