its better to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised.
give fibre rich diet.
try to give everything in form of purees

consult the doctor and give deworming medicine if it is so..
check the anal area..
keep baby well hydrated..
restrict sugar sweet intake..
