Hiiiiii my 3 months baby got a suddenly cold and nose running not able to breathe also what to do ??? please give any suggestions

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he got sudden getting a cold and nasal congestion so he could not sleep well so give him 6 drops wikoryl drops three times a day and nasoclear nasal drops two times a day and keep him warm
