after three year of age that the baby will be able to speak in complete meaningful sentences as per the detail you have mentioned your baby seems to have normal speech but still you can get a speech assessment done by a doctor

I Then tell you certain times kids have a little bit of delay in this week which is normal so don’t worry about it if your child is understanding everything in responding to everything that’s a very positive sign so as of now just looking at the situation that your child currently is in I’m just going to advise you to consult a speech therapist we can advise you better and if any therapy is required that also can be suggested by a speech therapist only
