Little vomit or curd type vomit is normal in babies due to the reflux in the babies mouth which will go with time as baby grows up.
On the neck u can apply himalya calamine lotion. This will help to get relief.
Also make sure that u use good skin care products for ur baby like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
