A. Hai good evening !! Due to body heat ,low intake of fibre,water cause constipation,hard stools. Include water,fluids,fibre foods (fruits,vegetables,cereals grains,curd) in diet . Do tummy massage with coconut oil or castor oil for 5 minutes in clockwise direction with finger tips to avoid constipation .
