Hiii dr my child is 4.4 years he is so much under weight 11.5 wht should I give to him he eat everything but so much hyperactive he came 7.5 months pre mature n 1400 gm weight at birth n he is having black spots in leg what should I apply fr that?

Now you baby is more than 4 years old and you can add anything in babies regular diet plan because there are no food restrictions now on you should just try to give daily routine food to your baby. And we we should take at least four meals in a day so you have to maintain a diet plan according to that
