Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. if the heat rash is due to sweating skin you can apply calamine lotion as well as baby powder. give plenty of fluids to drink to thed child to maintain hydration. you can go d for prickly heat powder application also.
