You should start with twice in a day and by the time of a week completion three times in a day like breakfast lunch and dinner fruits one time so you should go ahead with Dal water and rice water followed by fruits and vegetables you can give porridge and khichadi Suji items ragi and oats you can also give varieties of dairy products dry fruit powder seeds nuts and good amount of water of course
lopaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. You can start with dal ka pani, cooked apple puree, mashed banana etc. then slowly introduce different types of porridge that can be made with poha or ragi or suji or sattu etc.
I made a powder mix of so many nutritious legumes, cereals and other things and that worked like anything. she is continuing having this same breakfast till now at the age of 13months. This is wholesome and highly nutritious.
