hii my son is 5 months baby he got fever yesterday and I gave him paracetamol drops now he is crying for stomach pain can I give him colicaid ez drops now?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and he had a fever for which he was given paracetamol drops but he is having a pain in his tummy so give him 5 drops colimex sos and burp him properly
