hii ....my son is 3 months old...my milk supply is toooo lowww ..can I increase milk supply in this mnth???

Well You can definitely try having lactation supplements if you need to and also if they help in increasing your lactation and that’s going to be very good for you otherwise you can definitely go ahead with formula feeding for your child that would be the last resort for you
