hii my doctor suggested me tranexamic acid tablets along with regestrone and femilon to stop my periods. My bleeding had been reduced. can u please tell me will I bleed after completing tranexamic acid tablet course.

A. pls consult it gynac.menstrual problem are due to hormonal irregularity and needs to be assesed in detail with tests if needed . So need to visit a gynac for a proper check up and treatment

A. Tranexamic acid is a medicine that controls bleeding. It helps your blood to clot and is used for nosebleeds and heavy periods.Tranexamic acid tablets are usually taken 3 times a day for a maximum of 4 days. You start taking the tablets as soon as your period starts.
