hii my boy is in his 8 months now can i give him some jaggery in puree .

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom he can be given now jaggery , it is a good alternate rather than to use refined white sugar as well . But remember to add in very small quantity only would be good
