hii my baby is having cold since last 20 days,gave her medicine but no relief ,she refuse to eat n drink anythng ,her weight is losing day by day,,plzz suggest wht should i do

A. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required gijbve paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help also give steam inhalation and hot saline garglens .
