my baby Is almost 5 months old now from starting itself my milk supply was low we use to feed him formula milk I tried but my milk supply didn't increased after 3 months it completely stopped and got periods from 2nd month itself still am trying to get back milk and want to feed my baby with breastmilk is there any possibility for me at this time

Dear mum if you stay hydrated and eat healthy at regular interval you can have the milk supply but if you will stop at all then it will reduce the secondary getting periods is not a sign that you will not have milk supply now you can start adding Jeera in your diet you can also make a mixture of jaggery and certainly and have it regularly with hard glass of milk this can give you good supply of milk most importantly stay positive
