Dear parents,
Kids need detailed and proper physical examination.
So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed .
You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital.
It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

it might happen because of bp
but better to consult your gynecologist for once.
take homemade Healthy diet
but eat couple of bites less than usual
drink plenty of water
go for daily walk
