baby is 5 month yes you can Start weaning foods by 6 month of age start with basic fruit purees like apple banana purees add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration

hey.. start taking papaya in breakfast, Himalaya shatavri tablet twice a day, shatavtri powder in milk, daliya, jeera water it will increase ur supply, massage breast with castor oil, while talking bath but warm water on the breasts

hi dear, don't worry.U have to continue giving formula milk only if your breast milk is not sufficient. Even I have this same issue now. My milk is not sufficient but I give formula milk. Yet he refuses to drink. What I suggest is even if she cries try to give formula milk forcefully. Hardly you might take half an hour to feed formula milk. Even my paediatrician suggested me to give formula milk. There is no other option. Don't give any food other than formula n breast milk.

You have to drink plenty of water ( 4 to 5 lts per day), drink milk 3 times a day, eat nutritious food, sleep well with your baby when she sleeps. don't stress yourself.

Note: Your aim is to make your baby tummy full n burping regularly n to increase her weight.
