hii my baby is 4 month old there is not enough breast feed so can I prefer cow milk or buffalo milk with including of some water

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is only for months of age it is advisable to give exclusively mother's milk after 6 months if it is insufficient you can give some formula milk cows milk not below 1 year

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Give adequate feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
