Q.

hii my baby girl is 2 years old..she weight 12.5 kg..she is active and healthy baby..but her muscles and bones are too weak..her skin look like sponge.. please what iam doing..my baby girl get stronger muscles and bones..and her skin get tighten.. please suggest me..

A. Hello mom this all will have over a period of time but the best thing is she is active for her age and also if she is eating well not an issue . Give her good quality protein , like dry fruits and nuts , dals , legumes like chana , rajma etc , eggs .. and exposure to morning sunlight would be helpful
