You can apply coconut oil right now on to that area and it seems like a child has got some allergy into that area so it is going to be good to get it examined with a paediatrician as they can only advise you with a ride to diagnosis of the issue and if any particular medicine or cream you need to apply into that areaWrite Your Answer Here
