Give all family food in soft and little mashed form..don't give puree form.Porridges should not be watery. It should be thick enough not to fall off the spoon. Food should be less spicy and sweet.

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet
