You can give paracetamol to the child when the temperature is 100 or more in the armpit of the child.
Paracetamol can be repeated maximumf 4 times per day and also do body sponge and give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration.
Higher medicines like ibugesic for meftal p is advised by the doctor if required.
Keep the child in ccool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
