hii Mera beta 2.6 year ka hai usko kal raat fever aaya mene use paracitamol di to bhukhar to nhi aaya par uske khaasi ho rakhi hai please suggest me

A. U Can go ahead with the best home remedy that is ginger juice and honey mixture twice a day that’s one of the best options to go for as of now you can give it to or three times in the day but make sure that you do not give any water on top of that for at least half an hour to 40
