Hii mam..meri delivery ko 6 months ho chuke h or mere back me bahut pain hota h...meri ceaserian delivery hui h

A. back pain c section ke baad common issue hai.. take care.. use a support belt.. do some exercises..or yoga take calcium supplements consulting the doctor.. take care
