Hii..Mam...I am the mother of 18 days baby.I am having less milk supply...and my baby is not taking formula milk.I tried many home remedies to improve milk supply,but did not satisfied with the result.I am using galact granules also.But the milk supply was still less. Advice me best method to increase breast milk.

A. Hi mommy The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there Have shatavari tablet with warm milk twice a day to increase bm Take care The more relaxed you are while breastfeeding, the better your milk will flow. Make sure your chair or bed is comfortable and try to remove any distractions. For example, turn off your phone or put a ‘do not disturb’ sign on your door. Have a glass of water on hand for yourself too
