Hii Is it safe to breast feed baby while lying on bed

Its not a good position to feed the child as it may lead to an ear infection to the child as a lot of times it has been seen that the milk can slide into the ear in the sleeping position and then it creates a problem so please avoid the situation by avoid to feed in the sleeping position
