hii i m not enough milk to my baby baby is about to 4 month old wat to do kindly suggest

A. have lactation tablets have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
