Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this needs to be exam in if you are not giving iron drops for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

Offer your baby a small amount of water or a daily serving of 100% apple, prune or pear juice in addition to usual feedings. These juices contain sorbitol, a sweetener that acts like a laxative.
