You need to be healthy and not fat… gaining health , muscle back is important rather then just concentrating on just weight gain
Include protein with every meal like dal, paneer, soya, beans, chola chana rajma, egg, chicken , fish, sprouts
Have small and frequent meals
Include dry fruits and peanuts in your routine include atleast 3 fruits and 3-4 vegetable in daily routine diet
Water 2-3 litre everyday

You can add nutritious caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds walnuts cashews dates, banana chickoo peanuts, til seeds, coconut egg, avocado paneer cheese to your recipes for Healthy weight gain
have 4 to 6nmeals a day . avoid junk foods
