hii Dr this ooha I have delivered july7th but I am not take rest much Is any problem in stiches and now 3 months completed stiches all well or any problem tell me dr

A. See if you have a C-section or normal delivery it is very important for you to take a rest for at least a month to 40 days as a body is very weak after you deliver your child so we suggest you even the doctor suggest you to take a proper rest if you do not want to take rest that’s completely your choice but it is important for the body
