Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infectigon whigch needs antibiotics treatment

Sporolac Can we give it twice to the child and also Milk is not recommended to be given so ask your doctor if you have to shift to some Noor lactose milk for the time being and the doctor would be able to advise you with any other medicine also if it is required to
