The meals should be wholesome and balanced having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food.

Give all that you cook for ur family.
Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your baby.
Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi chicken etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
