Hii doctors i got red pimples all over body and tooo much on my breast from 5 days i dont know what is the reason and which medicine can i take

no mam, sorry but as it needs physical examination ,we can not prescribe medicines for this.
you can apply Calamine lotion on this.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
keep your body well hydrated.
take warm water bath with neem leaves.
