Hii doctor ..yesterday i saw behind ears what is this ..is it harmful??

A. This lump would just be a fat ball called lipoma and nothing else but you should get a check with the doctor as a doctors can confirm what is the problem because it is looking like that only but without an assessment hundred percent assurance cannot be provided
