hii doctor my baby is 2.5 month old kl usko 2nd vaccination lga Nd use fever agya tha mne use paracetamol Diya but still uska sir bht grm h..abhi b use bukhar h m qa kru

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2.5 months old and he has received a vaccinations and got a fever so give him frequent breast feeding and 1 ml paracetamol three times a day

A. बच्चे को पेरासिटामोल के साथ पूरे शरीर को पानी से पूछ लीजिए और अगर इसके बाद भी बुखार नहीं उतरता है तो डॉक्टर से मिलना पड़ेगा और जो शरीर को pochna है वह कम से कम 20 मिनट तक कीजिए
