hello doctor meri beti ki age 2 year 24 days h kl mrng me hlka fever tha uska body temperture 99.5 tha toh hmne use with in 6 hrs ke gap me psm diya last dose usko kl rat me 12 bje diya tha or mrng me 12 bje uska body tempreture 97.9 tha toh ky hme medicine countinou krni chahiye ya doctor se treatment ki jarurt h plz suggest kre

A. it may be viral. Fever along with cough and sneez can occur due to frequently changing wheather. As a home remedy ste should be started . Paracetamol drops like calpol or T 98 drop can be given for fever . Asthakind LS drop can be given for cough . If any respiratory difficulity then should visit a hospital near by .
