Hii doctor meri beti ke urine ka colour yellow hai jabki uska water intake achha hai nd uske vaginal part m halka sa redness hai wo br br apne vagina part ko touch krti h Aaj kl koi problem h kya ye severe.

A. it might be nappy rash.. apply t bact ointment or candid cream on affected skin couple of times a day. increase fluids intake. keep good hygien. t.c.
