hii doctor ..mera 2 year complete karne wala hai use kafi din se fever tha usne baad test me pta chala ki use blood ki kmi hai ab kya karu use kya khilau ki blood jaldi cover ho paye 6.5 blood hai uske aur wo kuch khate bhi nhi so kr uthta hai to bahut rota hai nind me bhi rota hai sote hue to puri body ko modta rhte hai please btaiye bahut pareshan hu

A. 6.5 hb is very less, need more detail evaluation n treatment accordingly. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management. give iron rich food, fruit veg6to him
